Boost Therapy App
This app is for people feeling sad, stressed, angry, etc., and need a place to vent or have a problem fixed. Maybe they don't have someone they can talk to or actual therapy is too expensive. It is also for the people who feel like their problems might not be big enough to see a therapist. This way they can chat with AI to get some support or have someone listen to them. People can either chat with the dog who is a problem solver or people can talk to the cat who is a listener and a ranter.
Branding
I wanted to choose colors that represent a soft environment for therapy. I used a light pink and a light muted green to help create a safe space for people to share their problems. I used pink for the sunshine rays in the logo to help create a happy feeling and I also used paw prints as the O's in the logo to represent the animal personalities that you can choose to talk to.
HOME
The home page is designed to give you an activity of the day based on your account to make you feel better. It also has the option to select how you are feeling for the day. After that you can decide which animal personality you would like to talk to.
QUESTIONNAIRE
This is a page that shows up right after you sign up and it asks you questions to get to know who you are. This way it will be easier for the AI to understand you and what you need.
CHAT PAGES
The chat page on the left is the dog. When talking to the dog, the dog will try it's best to be a problem solver, encourager, and supporter. The chat page on the right is the cat. The cat is all about listening to what you have to say. The cat might be a little sassy but it will make you laugh and will rant/vent with you.
ACCOUNT
The account page is designed to track your mood throughout the months to see if you are making progress. It also has a list section where you can add some of your favorite activities. Also if you ever need to this is where you can make changes to your questionnaire
NOTIFICATIONS & SETTINGS
These are general pages. The notifications page gives you specific notifications based on what chat you were on last. The settings page allows you to edit your profile, edit notifications, and there's also a contact support section.
Functionality and Interface
These flat pages are meant to showcase how the app looks and functions. There is also a prototype that anyone can you to click through the app to see how it works. The user interface is designed so that any person can use it up to its full functionality. I designed it to have certain colors on certain pages, this way it is easy to determine what page you are on.
